You will learn:

First half: The deep meaning of Om, healing mantras and the chakra system, Tibetan singing bowls, Tibetan bells(Ghantas) with Dorjes & Tingshaws. You will leave the class with the knowledge of these ancient tools and how to use them to center and balance yourself.

Second half: Using OM tuning forks and acupressure points, learning how to balance and harmonize your body and space. You will leave knowing how to treat yourself and your loved ones.

You will receive written course material to go along with the class.
